Join Stephanie Robillard for a hands-on workshop making gluten-free sourdough bread, Saturday, November 23rd from 10:00 – 11:30 am at the Quadra Community Centre.
- Receive your own GF sourdough starter and learn how to maintain it.
- Learn about GF baking ingredients, sourdough schedules, and baking steps.
- Take home a ready to bake loaf of GF sourdough bread.
Please bring a large mixing bowl, a large wooden spoon or spatula, a kitchen scale (if you have one), a loaf pan, banneton, or a small cloth-lined basket for proofing.
