Making workshop at the QCC with Amelia of Cast Iron Bakery – 3 to 4 pm
on Tuesday, November 21, 2023
BRING measuring cups and spoons, wooden spoon, rubber spatula, loaf
pan, whisk, small bowl, medium bowl, soup pot and a cloth to cover the
loaf pan.
LEARN principles of gluten-free baking.
LEARN how to make gluten-free bread.
Take home a loaf of gluten-free bread ready for baking, plus the
recipe and method to make more.
