The ICAN Food Security team and the Quadra Island Garden Club present
two LEARN Food Security workshops.

1) Learn how to make kombucha tea. A Hands-On workshop with Rod Burns
10:30 am – 11:30 am, December 5 at the QCC Bring a wide mouth quart
(or larger) jar with a lid. Leave with a starter batch of kombucha,
your own scoby and an instruction sheet.

2) Learn how to make sourdough bread. A Hands-On workshop with Nicki
Leask 10:00am – 12:00pm, December 12 at the QCC. Bring your own
supplies (list provided when you register). Leave with starter, dough
to bake and recipes.
